Team Building
Staffs and faculties need to be able to work together.
"The primary purpose of team building is to foster collaboration, strengthen relationships between team members, build trust, and improve communication within a group."
Team building activities can help foster problem-solving skills and enhance overall team performance. They can also help your staff to get to know each other better. We tend to work best when we know and respect our colleagues and are able to adjust our behavior to create positive working relationships.

- This training can be done in one hour but will be best in 1.5 hours.
- It consists of 4 fun and engaging team building activities done in groups of 4-6 people.
- After each activity participants are encouraged to share challenges and successes. This allows them to see the value of the activity and raises awareness of the need for the use of collaborative skills.
- There will be a few simple materials that your site/school will be asked to provide.
